Responsible for End-to-End recruitment life cycle.
Screening resumes according to Job Description.
Recruitment Focus on Permanent, Contract to Hire, Contract Positions in Recruitment
Correspondence with clients for requirements, scheduling interviews, feedback and follow-up.
Handling End to End Recruitment activity . Lateral Hires - Technical. Also involved in Middle East hire. Sourcing candidates from various job portals, internal referrals, and internal database. Experience on hiring candidates on various levels, senior level, middle level & lower level. Short listing resumes by evaluating the candidate communication skills, presentation and technical skills based on the requirements .
