Education - BE/ Diploma mechanical
Do market research to understand past and current business trends. Assess past business performance and do analysis of outcomes. Forecast future business trends, opportunities, challenges and identify growth opportunities. Provide inputs to Management on market research and analysis. Design marketing strategy, set goals and prepare action plan. Present to Management for approval.

Leads Generation
Develop channels to generate business leads. Use online portals, social media, website inquiry and references to identify potential business leads. Achieve business targets.
Contact potential client and understand requirement /relevance. Send corprorate presentation and promotional material to client for clarity and communication.
Receive business inquiry and give acknowledgement. Assess lead on the performance parameters and solutions. Forward the lead to sales department. Maintain client MIS. Provide support to sales team for conversion.
Design promotional material to promote products/solutions. Promote brand through website, social media and other channels. Update website on periodical basis and create opportunities for business development. Use technology to improve visibility.

Coordination and Support
Coordinate with marketing agency and provide support for marketing initiatives. Get the assigned tasks completed from agency.

Client Relations
Develop and maintain cordial relations with clients. Provide ongoing update to clients about products and solutions. Use client relations for business development.

Business Analysis & Continual Improvement
Study and analyze leads generation and conversion ratio. Assess performance of marketing department against goals. Identify performance gaps and take corrective measures to improve. Design processes for marketing department.

MIS & Reporting
Compile market/customer data and use for marketing and brand promotion activities.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and submit to Management as per requirement.
