Job Description
We are looking for an Accountant to manage all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets.Accountant responsibilities include auditing financial documents and procedures, reconciling bank statements and calculating tax payments and returns. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience with bookkeeping and a flair for spotting numerical mistakes.Ultimately, you will provide us with accurate quantitative information on financial position, liquidity and cash flows of our business, while ensuring were compliant with all tax regulations.
Responsibilities and Duties
1.File: income tax returns, GST, TDS
2. prepare purchase order
3. Manage daily sales and payments
4. Keep track of daily expenses of the office
5. HR( maintain attendance, manage induction, recruitment and payroll of employees.
6. Admin (Manage day to day office requirements, help the director, co ordinate with verdors)
Qualifications and Skills
Knowledge of Tally and excel is a must. must be a graduate with 2 to 3 years of experience.
