We are hiring for,
Director-IT Transitions (Leading MNC IT Captive)
15 - 20 years
Chennai
- You will responsible for Transition and Transformation in the IT and Cloud and Infrastructure Services areas
- Follow the organisation's Transition/ Transformation Framework and project tracking methodology
- Work on understanding the requirements, analyze solution options and design transition solution
- Prepare aggressive, practical and implementable transition plans
- Make presentations to key stakeholders on the solution
- Work with Delivery and various teams to mobilize and track resources, infrastructure and get it ready to transition engagement
- Manage and supervise the knowledge transfer
- Create and track detailed transition plan
- Planning for risks and executing mitigation plans
- Coordinate with delivery team to ensure hiring is on schedule to meet the project requirements.
- Prepare transition and transformation solutions for new opportunities
Requirements:
- Experience : 15-20 yrs
- Must have Transition & Transformation in IT and IT infrastructure preferably in Global Capability Centres/ Captives
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Good Project and Program Management skills (preferably PMP Certified)
- Successfully lead complex transition and transformation engagements in the recent past involving diverse technologies covering multiple geographies and multiple service lines
- Ability to perform consultative role for new work to identify possible transition opportunities and provide appropriate estimation/proposals to request or with the help of Solution team
- Well versed with building large Transitions program plans and execute in line with commitment
- Good presentation skills
