Job Description
BA, Spotfire Developer
Responsibilities
Strong data analytics skill data cleaning, data wrangling, analyzing data, draw inference and interpreting
Very good experience in writing SQL queries, optimizing SQL queries, creating functions, procedures etc
Hands-on experience as a TIBCO Spotfire developer in analysis, design, and development
Exposure to development of digital solutions by understanding the dependencies in different data tables and database which helps provide productivity and business impacts to clients.
Strong ability to understand analytic specifications and translate the specifications into visualizations
Hands on working Experience in developing complex Spotfire dashboards using features like Inform Links (IL), Different type of Joining, data on demand functionality, cross tab, scatter plot, pie chart, bar chart, line chart, combination chart, map chart, property control, alert generation etc
Very good knowledge on implementing different APIs like Java, IronPython in Spotfire to create non-native visualization like Donut Chart, Gauge Chart, Record Level Security, Single/Multilayer Donut Charts, Data write back functionality, etc
Experience in designing, developing and maintaining multiple reports on various analytical and digital solutions.
Strong team player that has a direct approach and is solution oriented
Experience with continuous improvement activities and a strong desire to help implement lean enterprise initiatives preferred
Must have initiative and strive for continuous improvement. Proven ability to participate in implementing innovative ideas, projects and business solutions
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science or a related field + MBA
Excellent communicate in English, in both written and oral forms
Experience working with diverse stakeholders in a multi-vendor environment
Rich experience using BI technologies, including TIBCO Spotfire.
Experience with large scale TIBCO Spotfire.
Very good in SQL, R / Iron Python
Preferred qualifications
Working knowledge of Services Industry
Knowledge on Teradata, Foxtrot Data Lake, Postgre , Green Plum, SAP HANA
Power BI Tools - especially Tableau
Basic knowledge in Data Science
Good knowledge in R, Python etc.
