Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant, Business Analyst
In this role, you will need data interpreting skills, the ability to influence stakeholders to move towards a common goal & generate digital embedment opportunities which can be proposed to Genpact clients in their operations. You should have been a part of driving enterprise-level projects and have shown the ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks at the same time.
You should have a good understanding of creating and managing measurement systems to track project movement and highlight gaps on time. You should have the ability to work with teams to make things happen (even though this role is that of an individual contributor)
Responsibilities
Being part of the AI/ML Lab will be working as a business analyst alongside Data Scientists, ML engineers, and Python developers in the team.
Will act as a bridge between the operations teams, stakeholders, and the lab.
Should possess the basic data and business understanding well enough to identify/define direction, requirements & gaps.
Gather requirements as per the defined problem statements
Uses judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems in areas of product management, business problem or data analysis.
Take a new perspective on existing solutions. Uses data analysis to support recommendations.
Ensure delivery within the area of responsibility by meeting the set KPIs by the business.
Duties include all aspects of the day-to-day servicing, analytic support, client presentations.
Anticipate issues/conflicts and proactively escalate to the immediate manager
Persuasion skills are required to influence others on topics within the field.
Project technical/functional documentation
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
MBA/B. Tech or equivalent with a strong academic record
Some knowledge in Finance/Insurance/Manufacturing fields
Relevant experience
Preferred qualifications
Excellent data interpretation skills.
Good communication, negotiation skills in English in oral and written
Good project management skills with time management/ stakeholder management
Reporting skills, presentation skills and negotiation skills
Financial sensitivity
Expertise on Office tools - Excel, PPT
Tableau experience would be an added advantage
Python experience would be an added advantage
