Job Description

• Skills required (in detail) Expert in
• Agile product owner / Business Analyst experience
• Business acumen
• Firm understanding of the entire product development life cycle including project definition, design, development, testing, system integration, release, and support
• Ability to understand and communicate details about complex business processes
• Ability to understand technical architecture and design
• Attention to detail and analytical skills to evaluate business requirements / technical specification and translate into user stories
• Project planning skills to create risk-adjusted release plan
• Problem solving and decision-making skills
• Negotiation and persuasion skills
• Agile/Scrum software development methodologies
• Retail industry, electronic payment systems, and/or Point-Of-Sale systems knowledge preferred

• Previous work experience in a combined software and hardware environment preferred
