Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President- Business Architect
We are looking for a detail-oriented business architect. This role s responsibilities include keeping track of technology developments in the domain, working with the functional teams to assess the business relevance, assessing fitment of technology to Genpact s Tech stack and standards, conducting Conduct PoC and designing the fit for purpose solution
A successful candidate will also have excellent technical, analytical, and project management skills. Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills are required.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluation of existing and new technology solutions in the business operations domain
- Creating hoop cycles and maturity assessment of technology solutions
- Working with functional teams to assess alignment to the business priorities, creating functional requirement documents
- Conducting feasibility assessment of technology adoption with respect to technology stack of the company, security guidelines and operational framework.
- Creating architectural models that reflect the vision and goals of the organization s IT and business strategy.
- Strong documentation skills and excellent written communication
- Researching new technologies, reviewing previously incorporated technologies, and interfacing with organizations like Gartner/ Forester/ CDC for external breathing.
- Understanding of security concepts, including secure application design, basic network security, and detailed understanding of compliance standards such as GDPR, HIPAA/HITRUST, SOX, etc.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor s/ Master s degree in Information Technology or related field or extended personal experience in the field.
- Excellent technical, analytical, and project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivated and independent worker
- Relevant years prior experience in the professional services industry with focus on BPO and call center technologies
- Deep knowledge of technologies like RPA, Workflow engine, Middleware API platforms and low code/ no code tools
- TOGAF or similar industry certifications are advantageous
