Provide deep technical expertise in all aspects of solution design and application development for specific business environments. Focus on setting technical direction on groups of applications and similar technologies as well as taking responsibility for technically robust solutions encompassing all business, architecture, and technology constraints, the person should be a strong verbal communicator, have good technical skills, and takes initiative. Need someone who can work collaborate with the team to come up with ways to improve performance, stability, and risk. Anything from Automation Edge, Java, DB, PowerShell, eclipse he should be aware.
Responsibilities
- Complete ownership of the Automation Edge application set up and managing the env
- Design review and Code and implementation reviews for all use cases under development.
- Be the primary point of contact for technical issues faced by RPA development and support teams and should be able to guide and drive the team technically.
- Implement RPA use cases independently based on the requirement gathering documents from different stakeholders.
- Do Process Modelling and Process Re-engineering and suggest the to be process for Automation
- Analyze and Architect Solutions for use case implementation using RPA Tools like Automation Edge or UI Path
- Analyze and compare different existing models and solutions, finalize the solution approach and model to be used which would involve taking decision on the number of BOTs required, scheduling or constant polling, exception handling scenarios
- Design the workflows for the use cases as per the best practices of the RPA tools like Automation Edge and perform design reviews
- Should be able to perform integration with upstream and downstream applications required for RPA automation
- Development of Workflows in any RPA tool like Automation Edge
- Independently perform Automation Deployment of the use cases
- Collaborate with the business users to design and launch new features.
- Study the existing architecture and identify reusable components/modules which can be abstracted out as part of the platform.
- Provide code contribution to the platform, particularly where high degree of complexity is involved.
- Perform design and code review.
- Suggest improvements to existing technical systems in the organization.
- Check for feasibility analysis of new requirements.
- Manage all technical aspects of the project independently
- Should have good analytical skills and should be able to review design with farsightedness considering all aspects including scalability
- Should have good communication skills and a good team player
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
- BE/B.Tech/MCA
Preferred qualifications
- Strong hands-on Automation Edge, Java, PowerShell, JavaScript and JSON.
- Experience in developing and programming
- Good understanding of design patterns, latest technology trends.
- Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills
