Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Order Management
This role is an individual contributor with managing a customer plus the training function for the Order Management function.
Responsibilities
Be the primary liaison between sales personnel, brokers, distributors, customers, and various departments and functions to investigate, resolve and respond to issues and questions
Ensure customer orders are processed, shipped, and invoiced. Also, ensuring strategic alignment of the training function with business goals
Evaluate individual and organizational performance to ensure training is meeting business needs and improving performance; Knowledge Management and Compliance deliverables are met, and dashboards are published periodically
Manage responsibilities of Managing a customer
Provides support tasks, including efficient, accurate order processing & fulfillment of an assigned account base and acts as a liaison between the customer, outside sales, and internal departments.
Drive Digital Genome within the function
Collaborate with the Operations team and external stakeholders to identify needs and build training programs on processes.
Implement Training KPI and publish dashboards related to training / Compliance performance
Streamline the new hire process including their OJT, confidence scores, learning paths, System testing, and any contractual needs
Manage SOP & Profiles updation are done periodic and signed off by customers
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
Associate/ Bachelor s Degree/ Diploma preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Material Management or related area of study
Relevant experience in Order Management, Import/ Exports, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Planning in a distribution environment is a must
This role is only for Experienced Supply Chain Management professionals
High level of people management skills due to the variety of collaboration partners across internal and external stakeholders
Requires good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
SAP/ ERP experience required
Preferred qualifications
Degree preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Material Management or related area of study
