Customer Relationship Manager Requirements

  1. Build and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
  2. Oversee the relationship with customers handled by your team.
  3. Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
  4. Keep customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
  5. Expand the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
  6. Understand key customer individual needs and addressing these.
  7. Meet with managers in the organization to plan strategically.
  8. Conduct business reviews using CRM programs.
  9. Know your competition and strategies accordingly.
  10. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  11. Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
  12. Superior product knowledge.
  13. A team player with leadership skills.
  14. Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
  15. A bachelors degree in Administration or related field.
