Are you the one we are looking forInviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Human Resources
We are looking for Human Resource postgraduates/graduates with relevant HR Talent Management experience with a sound knowledge of end to end HR domain and should have capability in working with ambiguity.
In this role, you will be encouraged to work on deadlines, in a high-paced business environment.
Prior HR Talent Management experience in the BPO Industry with C&B / HR Data Analytics & Insights / Big Data Management / Transformation experience will be preferred.
Should be open to work in different time zones as per the business requirement.
ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will be responsible for:
- Collaboratively Design, develop and deliver Talent Management strategies / projects for 30,000+ employee
- Co-create outstanding solutions by sharing outside-in view across industries. Partner and provide efficient solutions/approach to HR Leadership
- Collaborate with the Business, Verticals and other functions to validate content accessibility, relevance and applicability
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate (any stream)
- Certified HR Practitioner with Project Management expertise
- Good Communication Skills, Influencing Skills & Proficient knowledge of excel
- Digital and Transformation Savvy
- Agility to work and deliver on multiple projects leveraging the project management experience/execution expertise
- Passion and drive for Big Data Management to derive meaningful insights and propose design principles
- Highly collaborative & yet self-sufficient
- Creative thinking/innovative mind-set
