Job Description
Manager, Training and Nesting
Genpact is searching for an experienced and ambitious Training manager to join our team and lead our team of trainers Your role will be extremely important as you will be responsible for training and enhancing the competencies of our employees. You will be planning and implementing training programs and workshops in a way that is interesting and useful to our employees.
Responsibilities
Demonstrate project management skills
Identify training needs
Plan and execute training strategy that drives high engagement
Based on research, plan and implement training programs that will prepare employees to deliver Quality services
Plan requirement of future training classes (backfill/growth/remedial) and Trainer count needed to for the same
Communicate all the training programs on a timely basis
Lead, teach, onboard and evaluate new trainers
Oversee employee attendance and performance
Track employee success and progress
Regularly and timely report out the Training yield to help WFM team plan capacity accurately
Implement training KPIs
Prepare and present reports on training program KPIs
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications/ Skills
Graduate from a recognized university
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Relevant training experience
Relevant Training/Nesting Manager experience
Effective planning and time management skills
Interpersonal skills
Coaching and Developmental skills
