Job Description
- Candidate will use in-depth consulting skills, business knowledge, and standard solution to effectively integrate into the clients business environments in order to achieve client expected business results.
- Candidate may serve as team members or team leads and be able to work independently at project locations at client sites.
- We are looking for consultants with below qualities that can build strong credibility and trust with customers.
- Domain Experience Should have four to six years of strong domain experience in industry preferably in HSE Dept. or under Plant maintenance in Complex Process or manufacturing industries.
- Should also have strong understanding of HSE process Industry Best Practices and strong capability to conceptualize business solutions across various industry types covering HSE processes.
- SAP Experience Profile Candidate should have more than 3 SAP EHSM implementation experience can also include support upgrade experience.
- Candidate with SAP S4 HANA EHSM implementation experience would be highly preferred Strong knowledge in Classic SAP EHS and EHSM preferably latest version.
- Knowledge of SAP EHS components as Industrial Hygiene Safety Occupational Health Dangerous Goods Product Safety Hazardous Substance Management HSM Product Stewardship Waste management Audit Management Environment Compliance.
- Should have strong knowledge of EHSM integrations with other logistics modules such as SDHRMM PM and Cross functional areas such as DMS, Classification. Preferred knowledge on EHSM SustainabilityOperational Risk Management, MOC Position.
- As a Sr. SAP EHSM Consultant Work independently at customer location and define solution blue print as ber pest practice get customer acceptance.
- Effectively interact with customer team members and co-ordinate onsite-offshore work models.
- Candidate should be able to guide providing customers with the best approach SAP EHS solution and gain customer confidence.
- Should be able to Provide in-depth SAP product knowledge to help support business and project Objectives Configure the SAP EHSM according to new or changing business requirements.
- Ability to write detailed and clear functional and high level technical specifications.
- Ability to lead blue-printing team and deliver as per Best industry practices.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills including analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to multi-task within a dynamic workplace
- Thorough experience and knowledge of consulting practices and techniques
- Ability to develop strong relationships with clients, including building rapports and scope-management, and team collaboration skills
- Excellent time-management skills and the ability to deliver quality results with an aggressive timeline
- Effective coaching and knowledge transfer skills to client core team peers Desired Attributes
- Experience with large scale organizations with complex Health Safety Environment Process business scenarios
- Exposure to processes EHS models of international customers including regional compliances Europe- SARA, Reach
- Able to understand and articulate Change management issues their impact on business processes
