Job Description of Branch Manager:
Dealing and execution of trades in Equities, Derivatives, Bonds and Currencies
Maintaining continuous contact with the people involved in the decision making
regarding investments
Acquiring Clients Internally for increasing revenues to the company
Strengthening and maintaining relationships with High Net Worth clients by offering
prioritized servicing and increasing volumes across equity and derivative segments.
Error-free and smart trade execution, resolving queries and providing solutions in a
timely manner, managing risk, maintaining margins and balances as per daily carry
forward positions.
Recommending and discussing trading ideas with clients which include arranging
analyst meets with clients, sharing news and important developments in particular
scrips.
Monitoring market movement, with regards to client's portfolio, so as to avoid extra
ordinary losses on outstanding positions, and to identify opportunities which arise
out of daily price fluctuations.
Identifying client's potential and offering services accordingly to maximize business
income.
Relationship Manager

Job Description of Relationship Manager:
Acquiring high value relationships into the HNI Broking vertical (EQUITY).
Managing Large Trader Clients/Big Ticket Client Acquisition & service.
Managing relationship of super HNI clients, retaining & enhancing advisory
relationship
To generate revenue from existing customers mapped and from new clients.
To execute cross sell efforts as per focus of the organization at any given point in
time.
To keep one self-updated on the financial markets and in advisory products /
services in particular.
Identifying client's potential and offering services accordingly to maximize business
income.

Sales Manager

Job Description of Sales Manager:-
Target Based Job of Sales & New Client Acquisition and Mutual Fund
Responsible for developing business for the company which requires a thorough
knowledge of the market,products, the solutions/services of Mutual Fund Demat
Account.
Offering mainly Mutual Fund Products, Demat account a wide range of Financial
Services and Wealth Management Solutions to Institutions, Corporations.
Responsible for building AUM and revenue generation as per company benchmarks.
Ensuring high quality service and key Customer Relationship Management.
Comply with KYC/SEBI rules, regulations and legislation
Prepare and execute action plans on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis in
coordination with the Marketing team so that effective team execution and
objective of walk-ins and target closures for the new accounts is achieved.
End to End management of the Customer Onboarding process including KYC,
Investment allocation and more
Developing and executing marketing campaigns and initiatives at various stages of
the product lifestyle, including fund launches and investor retention campaigns.
