Job Title: Senior Associate/ Team lead- Identity Access Management & Incident Management Operations

Location-Pune.

About the Organization:

Role is for leading ITES Global Giant and having PAN India Operations. Leading No. 1 BPO in India with prospectiveexpansion vision.
Job Description:

Candidates with 2+ years of experience in IAM domain
Access provisioning / De-provisioning (Add/ remove/ change users)
Password reset
Entitlement review (inactive account checks)
Access review
Documenting each request in the system
Knowledge / working experience of windows active directory account creation / group creation in windows privilege account management.
Basic understanding of Unix / SQL preferred.
Account management / Folder management activities
Handling of tickets in service now or similar ticketing system
Provide daily updates of productivity through reports / MIS.
Providing xmatters on call support for key NOC calls (P1/P2 incidents)
Candidates with good communication Skills.
Should be flexible working in Rotational shifts including Night Shifts.
