Candidate Expectation and Job Description :
- Candidate must have 2+ years of experience in Voice process.
- Strong experience in voice background. Handling the calls.
- Good typing skills.
- Basic Knowledge in MS Office.
- Strong ability to understand Process.
- Good analytical skills.
- Ability to handle multiple applications and able to differentiate while toggling.
- Ability to effectively present information to clients and management.
- Ability to define problems collect data establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to understand and act upon verbal and written instructions.
- Ability to read analyse and interpret data or reports.
- Willing to work in night shift (EST Time zone).
