  • Should Have Experience in Customer Support & Query Management.
  • Should have experience in Service Desk (Voice & Non Voice)
  • Should Have experience in supporting technically.
  • Required to solve routine problems largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
  • Expected interactions are within your team and direct supervisor.
  • Need to be well versed with basic statistics and terms involved in the day to day business and use it while discussing with stakeholders.
  • Need to help in the overall teams workload by managing your deliverables and help the team.
