We are currently seeking a Systems Integration Specialist to join our team in Bangalore, Karntaka (IN-KA), India (IN).
'Job Duties and Responsibilities:
. Maintain high standards of software quality by establishing good practices and habits within the development team while delivering solutions on time and on budget.
. Facilitate the scaled agile development process through daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo, and retrospective meetings.
. Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards.
. Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code.
. Analyze and resolve technical and application problems.
. Research and evaluate a variety of software products and development tools.
. Scheduling coordination: working with multiple teams on defining testing timeframes, sign-offs across for teams delivering in multiple sprints
. Defining test environment availability across multiple interfacing applications
. Defining testing data requirements across multiple applications and initiatives
. Coordinating the test data creation and conditioning per requirements
. Identifying and managing Issues regarding Automation scripts and working on solutions
. Triaging and facilitating discussions on open testing defects that cross applications
. Working with project managers in ensuring Project testing documentation/sign-off requirements are met
. Holding regular Testing status meetings to ensure all teams stay on track for identified testing related tasks/responsibilities, discussing open issues, blockers, etc.
. Documenting testing tasks, schedules, and circulating to the team on a regular basis.
. Executing Regression Suite.
Basic Qualifications:
. 6+ years of experience in Automation Testing/Selenium Webdriver
. 2+ years of experience in BDD'
