Job Description

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Must have 06 to 08 Years of Experience in Various Valves Overhauling, Testing and Calibration work & having Min 5 Year TA experience in Oil and Gas Industry.
Hand on Experience in valve stripping, cleaning, Assembly and Testing of Various types of valves, such as Nuovo pignone, Orbit, Vanesa, Severn Glocon and OMS Saleri.
Hand on Experience in Lapping of valve seats and plugs.
Knowledge of API Standard and ASME standard for Valve repairing and testing procedure.
Experience in Pressure testing of Valve body and seat leak Testing (Hydro Test)
Experience in CONTROL VALVES/BDV/ESV/XV testing including cleaning/ replacing/ servicing/ calibration of all associated accessories
Calibration of control valves and accessories mounting and tubing.
Educational qualification: Diploma/ITI in Mechanical.
Age Limit- 40. Years.
