Job Description
- Good knowledge of Computer Operations
- Working knowledge of MS Office - Excel, Word, Powerpoint
- Should be able to do basic System Troubleshooting
- Good Knowledge of Software Installation
- Coordination with AMC vendors for preventive and breakdown maintenance of Hardware.
- Configuration of LAN/Internet Broadband/wi-fi/ Data Cards/ etc.
- Active participation in testing of software/ERP Application & feedback to Higher Level
- Training to employees on how to use Internal ERP Applications
- Good verbal and written communication skills
Qualification:BCA / PGDCA/ Graduate with 1 Year Computer Course
Experience:2 to 3 years
