We are inviting applications for the role of Senior Associate, After Market Service.
In this role, you will be responsible to demonstrate innovation and intuition in identifying areas requiring operational adaptation and/or improvement of existing processes in healthcare industry
Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing deliverables in without misses and escalation
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide resolution
- Weekly reporting and dash boarding
- Weekly conference calls with stakeholders to provide progress
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
- Minimum as a graduate in any discipline with strong academic record
- Experience working in customer service and reporting abilities
Preferred qualifications
- Desired prior experience in healthcare industry
- Excellent Communication and comprehension skills
- Excellent skills in reporting and deriving inferences from data
- Problem Solving Skills and an eye for detail
- Must be able to work on a flexible schedule
