We are inviting applications for the role of AM, Data Analyst
In this role, you will be responsible to demonstrate innovation and intuition in identifying areas requiring operational adaptation and/or improvement Active user of Internet and online applications.
Responsibilities
Good understanding & experience of Contract Management, Warranty, Supply Chain etc.
Have worked on multiple functions like Operations, Finance, Aftermarket Services team
Should have hand on knowledge of various ERP system used by Aviation Clients
Need to be Techno Functional resource.
Managing day to day operations & activities of the team
Own & audit the work delivered by team & ensure 100% accuracy.
Ensure all the analysis goes on time.
Managing and assessing that all necessary controls are in place to execute the end-to-end process/project
Identify areas of process improvement & ensure process operations are LEAN.
Should be able to perform Documentation Audit to ensure SOP are in place
Drive new analysis and help the cost reduction initiatives for client.
Should have analytical & problem-solving mindset.
Have knack of quantitative data analysis & propose new ideas to client
Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
Developing and implementing timelines to achieve the goals
Should be a team player and willing to work across various projects & with cross functional teams
Motivate the team to achieve organizational goals
Delegating tasks to team members
Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
Education Qualification Aeronautical Eng./MBA/BCOM
Should have problem solving & resilient attitude
Excel & data and quantitative analysis
Must have good experience with Aviation Client.
Must have knowledge of Aviation Industry & understand multiple functions like Shop Operations, Fulfilment, Fleet Operations etc
Domain After Market Services, Contract Management
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skillsx
Preferred qualifications
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Flexible & adaptable to new challenges
Client experience from US, EMEA & APAC
Visualization tool- Spotfire
