Job Description

2 - 5 yrs. of experience in Aerospace/Mechanical/Engineering recruiting experience with a successful background sourcing candidate from a wide range of technical disciplines.
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity sourcing through Job Boards like Dice, Tech Fetch, Career Builder, etc.
Have an eye for the process.
Required mostly worked on W2.
Have a good understanding of engineering/aerospace and related areas.
Are comfortable working with targets and competent enough to achieve them
Are a great communicator: in-person, on the phone, and in writing.
Are positive-minded, team-oriented, and coachable for personal improvement.
