We are inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Sales & Marketing
The Assistant Manager Sales & Marketing is a strategic role within the Hi-tech and Manufacturing. This role will need proven client facing skills combined with excellent analytical skills in an Industry domain.
The candidate will be leading multi-client engagements of the Sales and Marketing and transformation across the verticals
Responsibilities
Drive S&M growth for a business unit having large number global clients spanning multiple industry verticals
Monitoring of other key performance indicators (e.g. service levels, quality of forecasts, headcount/productivity, leads, appointments, conversion , dealer metrics etc) in coordination with departments in charge;
Producing Weekly, monthly reporting of activity in a timely manner, respecting the deadlines, ensure data quality, and communicate effectively;
creation of reporting packages to provide leadership with timely and informative results, and provide guidance on actionable recommendations.
Development of sales and marketing KPIs, and perform ad hoc analytical and decision making support on pricing, LTV, and CAC.
Work cross divisionally with finance peers to ensure sales and marketing alignment, and share best practices.
Coordinate and conduct management reviews on a regular cadence to drive decisions and actions.
Analyze and extract insights from complex data sets and communicate insights and provide suggestions for action and improvement.
Analyzing the gaps, check data consistency, challenge results, identify risks / opportunities and propose corrective actions needed to keep budget s targets;
Following up on the financial impact of key initiatives / projects and evaluate the results;
Helping to identify opportunities to optimize costs and performance;
Engage with clients across multiple regions, identify their business problems and deploy relevant solutions solving their S&M challenges
Solve clients business problems through packaged solutions using the latest technologies from Digital, Cloud and Predictive/Prescriptive Analytics
Partner with clients and participate / Lead in strategic programs including decisions on Pricing, NPI, New Investments etc.
Drive Functional Transformation programs for clients in the areas of Management Reporting, Advanced Analytics, Report Automation etc.
Design innovative products & solutions to solve challenges that clients face in FP&A
Work closely with solution lead on large scale FP&A analytics programs for multiple clients and drive business benefits in the areas of Working Capital, Sales, Pricing, CAPEX etc.
Be a Team player within the peer group of Analytics specialists (Data Scientists, AI / ML specialists etc.) and FP&A SMEs (Analysts, Business Partners, Storytellers) and deploy outstanding Analytics products and solutions for clients
Identify requirements from existing clients and/or new opportunities, collaborate closely with cross functional teams, curate large & complex deals and drive growth in FP&A Analytics and Transformation
Identify new markets for growing FP&A and devise strategies for growth through redefined org models, new transformation services, modern technologies etc.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
Charted Account /Cost Account/MBA or Master s in finance
Demand Management includes statistical forecasting, revenue planning, collaborative planning
Experience supporting sales and marketing is a must
Strong business and operational orientation, and proven track record of close partnership with the senior leaders.
Experience in managing large FP&A organization on service delivery with strong leadership skills
Experience maintaining strategic relationships with business partners, suppliers or customers
Should have experience in Connected planning in Anaplan in areas of Sales forecasting, Cash flow Forecasting, Workforce planning, etc.
Experience in adaptive insights through planning process across functions Finance, Supply chain, etc.
Exposure to Large Data change management projects, experience in managing programs involving source Data Engineering with ability to understand simple to intermediate data flow and landscape
Experience in managing large data set wrangling, cleansing, enabling for down stream systems through ETL tools Alteryx, Talend, KNIME, etc.
Preferred qualifications
Solid understanding of Oracle, SAP, or other planning/ERP systems
Experience in use of analytical tools like SAS/SPSS as well as visualization tools like Tableau, QlikView etc.
Understanding of Project life cycle, planning stages and PMO documentation / collaterals
