Job Purpose :
- Ensure effective implementation of Human Resources interventions/policies and systems to develop high performance work culture,
- ensure 100% compliance on relevant major Acts.
- To impart a time bound and qualitative induction for new joinees.
- To understand and drive Employee Engagement.
- To create and maintain the employee database and track relevant portfolio indices.
- HR Audit of processes involving salary/transfers/personal information of the employees.
Key Deliverables for the role :
Talent Staffing : To help ensure timely closure of positions, Coordination with the External Agencies and candidates , Interviews scheduling and participation
Talent Management, Learning & Development , as a E facilitator facilitate E-learning at the locations and spread the culture of self learning .
Payroll : Timely & Qualitative Salary inputs to be sent to the payroll vendor
Employee Engagement Work Life Balance : Assisting Head (HR) in maintaining harmonious relations amongst employees and to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations at the Corporate R & D centre,
Managing Exits :Conducting Exit interviews for all resigned employees & Do an Exit Analysis and share relevant information to take corrective action.
Audit of salary inputs, Audit of transfer particulars of employees, Audit of retiral benefits of employees, Audit of personal files, Conduct Exit Interviews,
SKills/Experience :
- MBA in HR from a Good Institution
- 7-8 years Experience in HR BP role
- Excellent People Management skills. interpersonal skills,
- Drive for results & strong bias for action/closure
