Urgent hiring for the position of Key Account Manager for E-Commerce Industry for the location Bangalore

Position: Key Account Manager

Experience: 2+ Year

Salary:  4,50,000 Lac

Location: WFH (Bnagalore)

Key Responsibilities:

• Should have A dynamic professional experience in Sales & Marketing, Business Development, Channel Management and Client Relationship Management. Deft in managing sales and marketing operations and accountable for achieving business goals and increasing sales growth.
• Mapping clients requirements and coordinating in developing and implementing processes in line with pre-set guidelines.
• Monitoring the overall functioning of processes, identifying improvement areas and implementing adequate measures to maximize Seller satisfaction level.
• Manages the escalation cases and resolves all Seller Issues and provides support to all the Major Client Service Centres.
• Sharing weekly basis Sale Reports for Sellers.
• Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition.
