We are currently seeking a [[Configuration Senior Analyst]] to join our team in [[Hyderabad]], [[Telangana]], [[India]].
- Supporting All aspects of Intune Infrastructure viz. Software Distribution, Patching, Client Remediation, Baselines Custom Reports, Troubleshooting with exposure to Intune and Autopilot
- Working on Intune client installation, remediation
- Working on incidents equests and tasks pertaining to custom reporting, Application deployment, patching, and other Intune issues
- Ability to manage different types of customers and their needs.
- Fluent communication in English, both written and verbal
- Act as a coordinator on bridges and collaborations
- Ability to break down problems into smaller parts, troubleshoot, collaborate, negotiate and handle tricky conversations
- Act as a point of escalation and drive small project type engagement
- Create ad hoc reports and a basic understanding of MS Excell and office tools.
- Own issues and drive them to closure.
