Inviting applications for the role of Vice President - Engagement Manager

Technology Engagement Manager to drive growth with planning, execution, and managing the delivery. As the Global Operating Leader of the account team, he/she will be the owner who will drive business across multiple business lines with proposals and closure of requirements as well as client management. The candidate should have ample experience in handling Banking and Capital markets clients with a proven track record of account growth.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the client conversations with CXO and CXO -1 as the Technology leader. Should have in-depth knowledge of technology and excellent communication skills.
  • Lead mining efforts by identifying opportunities for proactive proposals, driving conversation with clients, and growing the overall engagement.
  • Manage the overall delivery with end-to-end accountability for customer satisfaction and delivery excellence
  • Understanding the pipeline of demand and working with clients, account teams, COEs and recruitment to ensure an appropriate supply of resources and proposals
  • Manage and lead complex stakeholders towards optimal solutions while helping them understand resource constraints and prioritization
  • Responsible for financial management and reporting and optimizing processes
  • They are also expected to contribute to the wider goals of IT Services
  • Juggling multiple and conflicting priorities in a timely and sensitive way, with full transparency
  • Continuously improving the technical delivery model and strategy, implementing, and managing delivery with the associated teams.
  • Contract management and execution with 3rd parties
  • RFP solutioning
  • Internal and external stakeholder involvement to keep them apprised of progress and address their needs
  • P&L management
Qualifications we seek in youMinimum qualifications
  • Bachelor s Engineering with Computer Science or Information Technology
  • Experience in technology and implementation delivering with a team of close to 50 to 100
Preferred qualifications
  • Relevant demonstrated experience in the Banking and Capital Markets domain with hands-on technical expertise in various technologies such as Java, Microsoft technology stack
  • Relevant Account and Client management experience
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Good expertise in solutions and proactive proposals
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
  • Scrum Master experience and/or managing using an Agile Development methodology.
  • Experience with other standardized development methodologies
  • Experience in managing large complex programs with complex technologies
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience in Cloud, Microservices, Streaming technologies, Scalable solutions
  • Experience in process management or ownership is preferred.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, facilitating status meetings, and presenting to large groups.
  • Ability to identify problems, mediate issues, develop solutions, and implement an appropriate course of action.
