Job Description

Dear Candidate,

We are looking out for candidates for IT Helpdesk Support for Bhayandar Location

Responsibilities :-
1. Help resolve technical questions for the customer efficiently and effectively
2. Manage customer expectations regarding estimated response times for issue resolution.
3. Collaborate with Technical Support team members to properly manage customer inquiries and
escalate when appropriate
4. Performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions through
Phone, chat and email communication channels
5. Meet SLAs like response and resolution times of tickets
6. Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures
7. Logs incidents and service requests and maintains relevant records:
I. Identifies and classifies incident types and service interruptions
ii. Records incidents cataloguing them by symptom and resolution
8. Vendor management
I. Tracking and updating tickets logged with vendors
ii. Analysed vendor performance
9. Ensure Internal coordination for availability of PRD Desk Executives with 24 x 7 shift coverage, roster
timing and shift adherence
10. Adherence to Policies and procedures
11. Trouble tickets categorization
12. Timely coordination with respective managers and engineers for ticket updates and closure within
SLA

Work offs :-
Rotational Any 2 days
Shifts
24X7 Shifts (Afternoon && Night shifts)

Salary Budget :-
20-25K


Skills required :-
1. Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role
2. Good understanding of computer systems, servers and other tech products
3. Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Proficiency in English
6. Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
7. Good Team Player
8. Should be proactive in learning and taking initiatives
9. Excellent time management
10. The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
11. Should have knowledge about MS office (Outlook , PPT and Excel)

Experience :-
1-2 years


Others Desired :-
1. Need candidates who stay between (Virar to Andheri)
2. Should be able to work at client locations in Mumbai in case of requirement.
