Job Description
warehouse manager/supervisor: -
managing entire warehouse operations - inbound, outbound and inventory.
warehouse preparation, inventory, stock control, dispatch documentation.
good communication in terms of oral and write.
warehouse module understanding.
take care of billing process.
good in analytics macros & ppt.
capacity to handle 8-10-member team size
good in customer interactions.
generation of shift report, self-audit and two bin system.
transport executive: -
lead the transportation operations up to stores.
supplier coordination for material pickup as per daily schedule.
coordinate with the warehouse team and ensure line haul vehicle should dispatch on time from the origin along with the proper documentation.
coordinate with the client for route set up for the long route vehicles.
ensure in transit vehicle tracking follow-up with vendor and drivers.
managing the transport vendors, follow up for vendor billing and ensure on-time payment.
ensure on-time escalation (route issue /jam /accident) should be submitted to the concerned person to avoiding the production threat.
ensure on-time vehicle unloading and pod collection of delivered material.
