Position : Real Estate/Construction Sector Equity/Credit Rating Professional (5-12 yrs)

Role and Requirements :

- MBA with 5-12 yrs of experience

- Should have extensive experience in equity/ credit rating/ credit research in the Indian Real Estate/Construction Sector and on Indian Companies in the Sector

- Role will involve Sector Reports/ thought leadership on the sector as well as credit rating of proposals of companies in the sector

- He/She should be able to write special reports on the Sector

- Should have knowledge and experience in financial analysis/ credit appraisal/ credit rating/ equity research for the Indian Real Estate/Construction Sector

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Knowledge of financial analysis

- Expertise in MS Suite of Products
