Hiring for L1 Network Tech Support Associate in Tech Mahindra for an International (US) Voice Process
Roles and Responsibilities
* L1 Network Tech Support Candidate would be responsible for handling customer calls and troubleshooting technical issues.
* Acquiring knowledge about the newly released products and recent updates.
* Willing to provide resolution in the first interaction with the customer.
* Excellent Customer Service Skill Set by providing a friendly environment
Desired Candidate Profile
* Any Technical Graduate related to Computer / IT. BCA / MCA, BSC IT / MSC IT, BE / B. Tech, 3 year Computer Diploma / DCA after 12th , Computer science Grads / PG, Bachelor in Computer management, PGD ISM. GNIIT etc. / CCNA certified.
* Excellent communication skills required. Candidate should speak fluent English.
* Handling Internet Troubleshooting Issues relevant to Computers, Application, Basic Networking, LAN, WAN Technologies. * Basic understanding of Hardware and Software.
* Should know basics of computer and knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and latest operating systems
* Minimum 1 year of International BPO (voice) experience in networking troubleshooting process.
* Certification on networking concepts will be preferred / desired.
Non-Technical Graduates / mechanical / electrical / civil engineers are NOT ELIGIBLE.

* Work from Office
* Should be ok with Night Shifts * Immediate Joiners Preferred.
* Work location- Noida
* Two way Cab
* 5 days working.
* 2 days Rotational week Off
