Job Description:

At an Industry and economic level, Health as an industry segment is growing overall given the investments and addition of standalone Travel companies that get added every alternate year. Travel as a segment is growing faster than other GI segments.

Recruitment of a team of advisors for distribution of Health Insurance products. (including HNI advisors)

Giving prompt sales support and sales targets achievement.

Maintain advisor wise performance report to motivate them to achieve their given targets.

Maintain Daily MIS and performance report .

Conducts advisor meetings as when required in the branch.
