Job Description
Job purpose:
To manage an organization online presence by developing a strategy.
To produce good content.
To facilitating customer service & managing Project and campaigns.
To administer our social media accounts.
To Create original text and video content, managing posts and responding to followers.
To manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals.
To be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends and be able to express our company's views creatively.
To handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.
To Develop, implement and manage creative and engaging social media strategies align with business goals.
To Define most important social media KPIs.
To Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels.
To Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights, use social media marketing tools free and paid for measurement and reporting.
To Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and different teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 5 years of working as a social media manager.
- Experience in working with advertising or social media agency.
- Thinking out of box and implementing are the key aspects to the role.
- Excellent copywriting skills.
- Excellent story telling skills.
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video).
- MBA in Marketing or relevant certifications in social media marketing
