Job Description

Lead for Retail & HR operations at Regional Level. The role includes cradle2grave activities in the employee life-cycle.

Key Operating Responsibilities:

• Recruitment : Formalize a recruitment strategy & implement processes to ensure quality and quantity of requisite/planned manpower in Field Sales & Store teams.
• Induction / Training: Design, manage, & co-ordinate New Hire Orientation; skill-enhancement programs; and developmental / behavioral workshops at an aggregate level.
• Compensation, Benefits, & Policies Administration - above-the-line activities - such as comp design, benchmarking, planning & below-the-line activities such as payroll advise / reportbacks / Corporate notes / claim approvals
• Organization Development: Design, facilitate and implement OD strategies and activities through team or line managers aimed to build an accountable & performance-based culture.
• Employee Engagement & Communication - Design and execute engagement strategies aimed at driving high performance.
• Ensure 100% statutory compliance (in ROs) - on all applicable labor legislations in the respective area of sales operations.
• Exit Formalities - Ensure smooth closure of all necessary formalities for exited employees.
