Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Audit & Compliance
Responsibilities
- Serve as an integral part of Risk Management & Control team for Digital
- Responsible for Technology Risk reporting operations, including scheduling key monthly meetings, monitoring key milestones, escalation of past-due activities, problem triage and management, and archiving key monthly artifacts for audit purposes.
- Liaise between Digital teams and ERM, ERC & Infosec teams to assist Internal & external Audits on SOC, ITGC & Risk Controls and effectively communicate to closure & ensure remediation.
- Regular connect within Digital team and Enterprise Risk team to ensure Risk & Controls management, Audit preparedness, gap fixing, remediation and oversee the process as a lifecycle
- Any bachelor s degree
- Relevant experience
- Experience in a highly regulated environment, specific experience with ITGC, SOC
- Experience on salesforce.com / Force.com platform, AWS, Jitterbit, JIRA, SFTP
- Required knowledge of IT security and risk disciplines and practices; experience with Key Risk Indicators and Technology Risk reporting preferred
- Audit or controls background, Big Four experience a plus
- Understanding of SDLC process
- Knowledge of SQA activity
- The person should be able to explain clearly the ask to technical team and convert information to presentable format
- Audit or controls background experience a plus
- Well versed with handling MS word and MS Excel for documentation and reporting purpose
- The person needs to work with Enterprise Risk team and technical team and share information/documents / evidence to Enterprise Risk team
