Process - International Voice
Shift - UK Shift
Experience/Skills required:
- Answer Calls and respond to email requests from UK hospital staffs and specialist secretaries.
- Document all call information according SOP.
- Update customer records, as and when necessary.
- Manage customer queries and complaints as necessary.
- Liaise with UK teams as required.
- Achieve productivity and accuracy targets as detailed in your objectives.
- Contribute towards process improvement initiatives within the organization.
- Fulfil individual role in ISO compliance followed in the process/organization.
Additional Details
- Education Graduates (B.A., B.Com, B.Sc. etc.)
- Experience required :- 0-2 years.
- Its Work from office
- Voice Shift Timing: - 01:30pm to 10:00pm/02:30pm to 11:00pm.
- Saturday& Sunday fixed off.
- Location:- Bangalore.
