Job Title : Planning Engineer.Location : Pune
Qualification : B. E. (Civil)
Experience : 3 to 5 Years
Industry : Real Estate
Job Profile expected to be experienced in:-
Assisting in Planning, monitoring and coordinating for multiple real estate projects,
Preparation of schedules, Micro Schedule for execution of work,
Preparing status report for the progress of the work,
Responsible for preparing daily, weekly and monthly progress report and preparing the planned vs actual,
Maintain update Progress of work in comparison with schedule program,
Update the Project Management Team, Engineering/ Construction Manager with weekly and monthly status of site requirements and priorities,
Monitoring weekly look-ahead and weekly progress report of the project,
Preparing Contract deployment schedule, QS Delivery Schedule, Material Purchase Schedule and Follow up for the same to meet the Working Program and site requirements,
Preparing presentation of monthly progress,
Evaluate construction procedure & monitoring construction activities on periodically basis,
Planning & Co-coordinating of construction material, man power & equipment as per requirement with Execution Team,
Fore-cast financial requirement during that period in Co-ordination Estimation Department,
Organize and manage resources while creating schedule for the project and identifying risks within defined scope, quality, time and cost constraints,
Responsible for tracking of the project while managing the costs to be incurred,
Preparing M.I.S. reports and presenting in front of management to update requirement of project and minimizing the risk of delay.
