Job Description

'Primary responsibility include performing financial, operational, system
and process audit of the Company business.
i) Developing systems and processes to handle corporate tax including transfer pricing matters.
ii) Report results of all audits to Top Management and audit committee.
iii) To work closely with external audit and coordinate for smooth and timely audit.
iv) MIS generation report.
v) Ensure audit reports are followed up for audit recommendation and report upon non-compliance.
vi) Establish effective business relationships within the Company, external auditors, statutory auditors and assist management in the understanding of internal control principles.'
