Job Description
QualificationsMust be able to program in SQL querying databases in Microsoft SQL Server.
Must be very good in programming using C# (Visual Studio) using Micosoft.Net platform.
Must be able to build Windows 10 applications using Windows Forms.
More important than anything, we need people who are committed to constant improvement of their programming skills and willing to put in the necessary work to get there.
Must have attention to detail, absorb and follow software development best practices that are laid out.
Certification in Microsoft.Net technology application development is an added advantage
Selection process
Candidates will be shortlisted based on performance in aptitude test and communication skills
Candidates will be asked to develop a series of small programs using SQL, C# and Windows Forms
Candidate will be put on training and evaluation for a period of 1 months Candidates will be trained on our products, proprietary technical framework skills and evaluated towards end of the month. After successful completion of the training period, the job will be offered at the company.
Candidate will be on probation period of 6 months. Employment will be confirmed after probation period.
Salary range would be 2 lacs to 3 lacs per year for confirmed employees.
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop server and client-side application modules using SQL & Microsoft .Net technologies.
Analyze, implement and unit-test software requirements and take full responsibility for the deadlines and the quality of the software modules that are assigned to you.
Follow, without fail, all software development best practices laid out by the organization.
