Job Description

We are Hiring For Accounts Payable - Logistics// Shipment

Roles and Responsibilities :-

Ensure timely and qualitative creation of Sales & Purchase orders.

Ensure timely and qualitative Customer Invoicing.

Ensure all Contract & Prices are in place & timely updated.

Understand the business model of the correlation SO & PO, ensuring timely recognition of

the Revenue & Cost.

Identify & apply corrective actions on system interface & conduct necessary reconciliations.

Maintain Volume trackers and adhere sustain established control mechanisms.

Meet customer requirements exceptions and ensure that the requirements are

fulfilled with a sense of urgency.

Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and SLA are prepared and maintained

Desired Candidate Profile

2 - 8 years of experience in Finance & Accounting

Good knowledge of Finance and Accounting.

Excellent Communications skills required

Must be Comfortable for rotational Shifts

Logistic Knowledge required.

Candidate must be Based In Navi Mumbai

60 to 90 Days Of Notice Period Will not be Entertained.

30 Days maximum notice period will applicable
