Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. KPI preparation for KRA of all employees on weekly basis.

2. Co-ordinate with sales vertical to provide the timeline to the sales with the help of team.

3. Manpower utilization with plan Increase and decrease the manpower according to load.

4. Understanding of process of ERP and able to executive the upcoming project relate to ERP across all warehouses

5. Projection/ Actual discrepancy- With central planning

6. Weekly meeting with sales team.

7. Dedicated and Shared Warehouses Strict adherence of SOP and Compliance

8. Vendor communication and maintain the record of the Payment also take the NOC of no dues from Organization's side.

9. IT development as per operational requirements.

10. Tracking all the orders on daily basis and share the ETA beach issue with logistic.

11. Share the RTO orders to CS team to convert the RTO in sales.

12. Coordinate with store for billing and resolve the logistic related issue with logistic partner.

13. MIS/ANALYST/DATE ANALYST

Experience Required - 5-6Years

Location - Gurgaon
