We have urgent openings for the position of Area Manager with most of the leading life Insurance company in Direct Sales Vertical.

Job Description :-

• Managing a team of 8-10 Relationship Managers
  
• Maximize sales productivity of the team and achieve sales targets
  
• Provide in-the-field support to direct reports by joining them on calls and providing coaching and feedback based on performance
  
• Responsible for capacity building at branch level
  
• Cross sell and up sell of products products based on the life cycle needs of the customers

• Must be a Graduate
