Job Description

o Be the contact person for Flexera support and track the status of requests
o Provide Weekly/Monthly dashboard
o Support the licence managers for bulk updates and imports
o In case there is suspect of the inventory is not correct to start an investigation with
regional and/or global business and involved entity.
o Support in integration of SCCM, AppV, ServiceNow, UCMDB, vCenter and XenApp
with Flexera Environment.
o Case management with Flexera vendor for level 2 and 3 FNMS
issues/bugs/enhancements.
