Urgent vacancy as Consulting Associate at Andheri (W)
Role & Responsibility
o Co-own planning with Strategic Lead or Sr. Consulting Associate
o Ensuring adequate utilization of team mates time & ensuring growth for all
o Deliver Innovation to the client: Month on Month (be it campaign, idea, newer medium of media)
o Timely delivery of strategic inputs, documentation (press note/release/action plan)
o Thorough planning of 30 day
o Guiding the team with relevant stories & media mix
o Create chapter layout for activity reports beyond dossiers to ensure team executes & presents work well to the client
o Coach the team to be good presenters of their work
o Timely mapping of 30 day and weekly plans
o Update the client with sector development, crucial media movements
o Plan strategy & media mix with client & strategic lead
o Discussions on the sector, company regularly to cull out story ideas
Requirement
o Well spoken, Strong command in English, Sharp writing and planning skills
o Strategic bend of mind
Training that WMS provides to each candidate
o Assistance will be provided to become a powerful communication consultant
o There are set processes to enable the candidate to adapt to the system
o Candidates will be attending multi-agency classroom sessions/e-learning modules to constantly improvise performance
