Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Development and implementation of the company strategy across marketing, communication, PR and Visual Merchandising
• Developing the marketing strategy for the global business
• Developing and executing an integrated online strategy
• Overseeing implementation of marketing strategy including, campaigns, events, digital marketing and PR
• Oversee all digital marketing channels (e.g. website, blogs, emails and social media) to ensure consistency
• Develop and implement the global store concept to ensure a consistent global image
• Cultivate and maintain relationship with target media within the fashion and luxury industry and represent the company at industry events as required
• Work with CMO to prepare budgets
• Measure ROI and KPIs and responsible for budget performance
• Continuous analysis of competitive environment and trends, monitoring competition and generating ideas to stand out.
• Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high level of both trade and consumer interaction
• Stay up-to-date with digital technology developments

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

1. Min. 15 years of experience in a similar role in the gemstone/diamond/luxury industry
2. Degree qualified, preferably a gem graduate
3. Proven work experience in senior management level
4. Strong understanding of offline and online marketing tools and good practices
5. Excellent analytical and project management skills
6. Strong media and retail relationship especially in Europe and USA
7. Must be comfortable working in a multi-cultural environment
8. Willing to travel extensively

Salary:
1. Annual Salary in USD (Tax-Free)
2. UAE visa cost to be paid by the company
3. Personal health insurance paid by the company
4. Travel cost to be borne by the company
5. One ticket back home every year
