Greetings!We do have openings for Account Manager & US IT Recruiters for our organization based out of Hyderabad
Title: Account Manager
Location: Hyderabad
Work type: Hybrid
Fulltime
Nightshift: CST timings
Responsibilities:
- 8-10 years of account management experience in US Staffing
- Should have experience in handling end to end US recruitment
- Reaching out to existing accounts & strengthening relationship
- Must demonstrate the ability to create and maintain relationships at all levels of a customer's organization.
- Possess a good understanding of IT products and trends.
- Familiar with visas and Tax terms (W2 Hourly, 1099, Corp to Corp)
- Experience working on Implementation partners, direct clients.
- Excellent verbal & written English, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong decision-making, organizational, planning and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well independently and within a team environment
- Liaise between clients and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of client needs.
- Work very closely with the recruiting team in getting coverage and quality submissions to the clients for their open staffing needs and make sure that the company standards are met.
- Have periodic call with the recruiting team in prioritizing the open positions and giving feedbacks on the submittals.
- Coordinate the client interviews, and provide insight and guidance to candidates selected for interviews by the customer.
- Work closely with the HR and accounting team in ensuring timely onboarding for the identified hires and also in other tasks like purchase order approval & renewal

Responsibilities:
- Must have minimum 2- 6 years of experience into US Staffing.
- Identify potential candidates through the use of Boolean searches, user groups, social networking, web sourcing, and ATS.
- Perform screening calls to analyze applicants abilities.
- Work closely with the Recruiting leads and hiring managers
- Well versed about US Tax terms like W2, C2C,1099 and Us visas, etc.
- Must have the capability to work with the team.
- Strong understanding of technical requirements.
- Should have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be comfortable working in CST Timings
