Job Description

Good expertise supporting VMware 6.5, 6.7 and VMware Cloud
Experience with VCF components such as VSAN, NSX, VCF, VRO, VRA, VROPS.
Good experience in PowerCLI scripting and executing
Experience in DELL / HP Hardware
VMware Certified Professional 6.5 Data Center Virtualization (VCP6.5-DCV) preferred
VMware Certified Professional 6 Network Virtualization (VCP6-NV) preferred
Understanding of cloud-hosted application architecture.
Preferred knowledge of HP, Dell, and Cisco server hardware.
Basic knowledge of UNIX.
Understanding of networking concepts and technologies.
Extensive experience in working with highly technical individuals.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Self-awareness and desire to improve your skills.
Experience of a support organisation and associated tools such as ServiceNow.
