We are inviting applications for the role of Manager, UI Path Tech PM
Robotic Process Automation (RPA-UI Path) Project Manager will be an integral part of our RPA development teams. The RPA PM will be responsible for identifying/implementing automation solutions. You should have minimum 3 project implementations as Technical Project manager and have an understanding of end to end process.
ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will be responsible for all the activities which includes:
- Delivery Management : Delivery management ranging from creation of SOW to sign- off on the final delivery
- Project Health : Responsible for overall health of the project including schedule, cost and quality. Proactively highlight risks to management
- Project Constraints: Manage project constraints and dependencies, proactively highlight potential impact
- Project Plan: Build and manage project as per project management plan ensuring project objectives and project charter are met
- Project Schedule: Create project schedule, define project milestones and acceptance criteria for each achievement
- Project AOI: Manage project AOI as per defined organization standards Conduit between the customer (internal and external) and the development team through which requirements flow
- Team Management: Team formation and management including resume profiling, training and mentoring resources
- Work Management: Work allocation and tracking to prevent schedule deviations, quality baseline deviations
- Quality Management: Ensure project is delivered as per base lined quality standards
- Best Practices Adoption: Ensuring reusability and adoption of the best architectural, design and coding practices
- Technical Reviews: Coordinate and participate in architecture, design and code reviews for major modules and deliveries
- Troubleshooting: Contribute in troubleshooting efforts
- Environment Setup: Install and setup platform in different environments
- Organizational Activities: Participation in RFPs, demos and presentations, conduct Interviews.
